ASR Automotive Service & Repair

From first call to follow up Steve was great! Honest. Straight forward. And very communicative about the work they were doing on my daughter's car. We had driven in from Chicago and had an issue with a part dragging under the front fender. I was heading back to Chicago and Steve made me feel very confident and assured that he would help and get the car on the road safely. Very happy with the interaction, overall experience !!

Steve and his team are incredible and trustworthy. There was no alarm but I knew something didn't feel right and instead of upselling me because I was asking a lot of questions most garages would have exploited, we started with a simple transmission drain/fill, I was seeking peace of mind. Once complete and due to the promptness I asked what else can we do with the truck and they squeezed me in for a full tune up. everything quoted was accurate and discounted where possible. I purchased a chevy Colorado with ~100k miles on it, drove without any issue for another ~18k miles before ASR serviced. I wish I had taken the truck immediately to Steve after purchase. Runs way better than when I drove it off the dealership lot down in Denver. Great shop! thank you, thank you!

I had a great experience with ASR in Fort Collins. Steve was very helpful throughout the process and provided a timely estimate, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and upfront, and I felt well informed from start to finish. What stood out most was their honesty and willingness to help, even with things outside of their scope. They took the time to refer me to other reputable shops for services they couldn’t provide, which speaks highly of their professionalism and customer service. Thank you, Steve, and the team at ASR for your help. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

ASR Automotive provided outstanding service. Steve got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and kept everything moving efficiently from start to finish. What impressed me most was his communication. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt informed throughout the process. Steve went above and beyond to help me, and that level of customer service is hard to find. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and honesty I received. I highly recommend ASR Automotive to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service.

Summary: Best my car has ever driven! Bought used at 47k miles and now at 116k miles, it needed a comprehensive tune-up. ASR is communicative, skilled, fast, tech forward, high passion and integrity, & very fair pricing. Recommending to friends and family! If possible, consider signing up for their payment system partner to help them save on transaction fees : ) Extended Review: I've been to many excellent automotive maintenance and repair shops over the years, but after reading the reviews I'm really glad I found ASR Automotive in Fort Collins. It's one of the most honest and reliable auto repair shops I've been to, and Steve genuinely seems to love what he does and is committed to helping people, especially college students, through his work. Service was way overdue for my vehicle, including oil, spark plugs, filters, transmission fluid, BG fuel/air induction service, and a CV axle replacement. Steve was quick with the inspection and clearly explained what needed to be done now and what could wait, along with suggestions that worked with my budget. The CV axle work probably saved me from ending up on the side of the road ; ( Everything others mentioned in the reviews turned
